What size are the totes?+
Each tote is a heavy-duty, 27-gallon reusable plastic container.
Does every package include a dolly?+
Yes. Every standard rental package includes one tote dolly to help move stacked totes.
How long is the rental?+
Every package includes fourteen calendar days.
Are delivery and pickup included?+
Free standard delivery and pickup are included in San Angelo, Mertzon, Wall, and Grape Creek. Outside-area rentals are subject to availability and a flat $60 delivery and pickup fee.
Is a security deposit required?+
No. A valid card on file through Square is required until the equipment is returned and all charges are paid.
Can I choose my delivery date?+
You can request up to three preferred future dates. We review availability and confirm the final schedule.
What if I need more time?+
Ask before pickup. Approved daily extensions are $5 for 10 totes, $10 for 20, $15 for 40, or $20 for 60. Without advance approval, daily late-return rates are $15, $30, $60, or $90 respectively.
What if equipment is damaged, missing, or not ready?+
Replacement rates are $30 per tote and $40 per dolly. A failed scheduled pickup costs $35 plus applicable extension or late-return charges.
